The hotel is wonderful, has incredible staff and excellent bay views. The rooms are spacious and updated and the American breakfast offered has variety of dishes. There is a tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator.

Quick check-in, late check-out. Reasonably spacious and silent rooms with a king bed and a pullout couch for hotel guests. Amazing pool area, satisfactory and delicious breakfast with oatmeal and waffles, for instance.

The hotel room was a nice size and well-kept with free breakfast, lounge chairs plus a pull out couch. Tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge were a nice touch.

The staff - some of them were quite busy.

Excellent service, private parking available on site. Comfortable bed, big size bathroom and a main sleeping area and coffee in the room. Secure location in very nice area, close to Viejo San Juan and local bus transportation from across the street to Old San Juan and restaurants and Convention Center.

Really enjoyed the king room with clean bathroom, and marvellous and convenient location in that state uber is n't even allowed to drop off people at the airport. Location: the hotel was just off Old San Juan or the mall and restaurants and the Royal Caribbean port.

Well priced and modern place all in all, has top-class staff specially the front desk receptionists. The room is brand-new with a view, the hotel features a poolside bar onsite.

Marvellous and stunning location in a local area, next to Viejo San Juan and Condado and Old San Juan or the mall. Also, easy to get to Miramar.

Ideal place, it was spotless and had professional staff specially the front desk receptionists. As for me, the location was comfy and secure, close enough to beach and restaurants, and airport or city center and old San Juan. I ate at the authentic restaurant near the hotel.

The room was silent, neat with hypo-allergenic pillows. The food was great and the location was magnificent. There where a shopping area and a convenience store around the hotel.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the cruise port and nearby attractions. The friendly staff made me feel like part of the family, especially Laney the receptionist and Carlos A. the bartender. The free breakfast buffet was delicious, and there was plenty of space both in the room and on the property. The pool was a great place to unwind and the nearby restaurants and casino were within walking distance. it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely come back.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the prices in the area. Despite being located on a very busy intersection with traffic noise, the hotel staff does a great job of ensuring a comfortable stay. The basic amenities provided, such as breakfast, add to the overall convenience of the hotel.
